All products supplied by Bumbleberry Bakes are bound to the below terms and conditions. Upon receiving payment, you agree to these terms and conditions. Bumbleberry Bakes follows Australian Consumer Law.
Quality
At Bumbleberry Bakes, the quality of our ingredients and finished product is of utmost importance. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Bumbleberry Bakes within 48 hours and provide photographic evidence. We strive to give 100% satisfaction.
All products are made in a Brisbane City Council registered kitchen. Although the kitchen is regularly sanitised and ingredients separated, products are not guaranteed to be nut free. Please advise of any allergies before an order is placed. Some decorations contain toothpicks, wire, timber and plastic cake structures. When these are used, you will be notified on delivery/pickup, however Bumbleberry Bakes does not take responsibility for consumption of unedible items.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before any order is confirmed. Final payment is due on delivery/pickup and in the event of a cancellation, the deposit remains non-refundable.
Pickup and delivery
All products are available for pickup in Alderley at a prearranged time slot. Due to busy schedules, a fee may be charged if you cannot make the agreed time slot or not provide a minimum 6 hours notice of a time change.
Bumbleberry Bakes takes no responsibility for damage once the cake has been picked up by the customer or safely delivered to the agreed location.
Photographs
Bumbleberry Bakes reserves the right to use any photos of your order for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
When inspiration photographs are provided by the customer, please be advised the final design of the cake/cookie/cupcake/topper will not always be exact. Colours, shapes and style may differ.
